Green Crescent Malaysia was honoured to convene a hybrid side event during the Commission on Narcotic Drugs (CND) in Vienna, focusing on “Families at the Centre: Strengthening Mental Health Literacy for Addiction Prevention and Community Resilience.”
This session provided a platform for meaningful dialogue and knowledge exchange, emphasising the central role of families in prevention efforts and the importance of strengthening mental health literacy within communities. It further highlighted the value of sustained international collaboration in addressing substance use challenges through evidence-informed and community-based approaches.
